摘要：改革开放以来，福建籍海外华侨华人捐赠福建省兴办公益事业和社会经济文化发展的数额巨大，而且逐步增加，对福建社会经济文化各个方面产生着不可忽视的影响。因此，为使捐赠发挥最大效益，有必要更多地运用积极的管理方式，加强服务、引导与管理。这也是对海外华侨华人在福建捐赠及其权益予以保护的需要。

Abstract: After China's innovation and opening, overseas Chinese from Fujian Province donate large number of money to their hometown for public welfare and social development. Since the increasing number of donate has a remarkable effect on Fujian economic and culture, we should try to manage it with an active mode, good services and guide. This is also the necessity in protecting donate and rights of Overseas Chinese in Fujian.
