摘要：我国部门实施"走出去"战略时，应考虑利用我国的特有优势～世界华商网络。华商网络的作用，主要表现为可以帮助我国企业出口商品，向外投资和广交外国工商界朋友。文章提出充分利用华商网络的三个对策：加强与各国华侨华人经济组织联络；发挥所有国家华商网络的作用；通过海外华商网络的各种联系把我国经济触角伸道世界各个角落。 Abstract: When applying the strategy of "Go out", we should utilize our special virtue of international Chinese business network. which can enlarge exports, increase overseas investments and make friends with foreign colleges who are engaged in industry and trade. According to the thesis, three strategies can be applied when utilizing Chinese business network-----to strengthen contact with overseas Chinese economic orgnization, give play to overseas Chinese business network in all countries, stretch our economic feeler to all over the world through connecting with overseas Chinese business network.
