December 24, 2013, Cao Hongming Secretary-General chaired a government office meeting. Executive Vice Chairman Jiang Zuojun various departments and agencies responsible and relevant comrades attended the meeting. 

The meeting studied the party to participate in the fourth session of the Second Plenary Session of the Central Committee and attend comrades to advise the central organs and the whole party and participate in the work of China Zhi Gong Dang special committee meeting of comrades on the work of the special committee. Conference recommendations will be classified. Can be adopted in the near future to work in the proposal, the relevant departments to implement the arrangement. Recent proposals to resolve the difficulties still exist, create the conditions in future work to solve them.
